Young Reader Club (YRC) is an educational bi-monthly magazine providing fresh perspectives on writing, literature and creativity.
YRC encourages readers to explore and think beyond their capabilities. Stories about different cultures give kids a broader understanding of the world around them. Diverse topics such as the importance of a healthy lifestyle and the significance of literature in improving reading and writing skills can positively influence and equip them for the future.
YRC also promotes the local arts scene by featuring local writers and artists. It showcases the work of Singaporeans from all areas of the arts industry (including literary arts, visual arts, music and theatre), in order to broaden the knowledge and appreciation of and for the Singapore talent pool.
ReadershipYRC is aimed at boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 16.
YRC is working towards a readership that has extensive knowledge of and supports local talent.
YRC hopes that it will be a readership that one day gives back to its community and helps to foster a new generation of young talent.
